At Zohricanada, we truly appreciate every order and the support of our small business. Because many of our items are produced in limited quantities, all sales are final and we do not generally accept returns or exchanges.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item with a defect or issue, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve it.

Exceptional Return Cases

In approved exceptional cases, returned items must:

  • Be unworn, unused, and in the same condition as received

  • Include original packaging and tags

  • Be approved by our team before being shipped back

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original method of payment.

Please note:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Refunds may take 5–7 business days to appear in your account after processing

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a shipping service with tracking, as Zohricanada is not responsible for lost or missing return packages.
