What materials are used in Zohricanada jewelry?
Our pieces are made with seed beads, glass beads, and faceted crystal beads paired with gold-toned or silver-toned hardware. Headbands feature soft velvet ribbon, satin, or elasticised bases depending on the style. Every material is chosen for its beauty, feel, and longevity.
How do I care for my beaded jewelry and headbands?
Keep pieces away from water, perfume, hairspray, and lotions. Store them flat or in the pouch provided, and wipe gently with a soft dry cloth after wearing. Avoid leaving your jewelry in direct sunlight or extreme heat for extended periods, as this can affect bead colour and adhesive.
Are your beaded jewelry pieces waterproof?
Our pieces are not waterproof. Contact with water, sweat, or beauty products can loosen beads and dull finishes. We recommend removing all jewelry before bathing, swimming, or working out, and before applying any skincare or cosmetic products.
How long will my Zohricanada jewelry last?
With proper care, our pieces are made to be treasured for years. The longevity depends on how often you wear them and how you store them. Follow the care instructions above and your jewelry will stay beautiful season after season.
Shipping
How long does shipping to Canada take?
Canadian orders are delivered within 5–12 business days after processing. Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel ships.
How long does international shipping take?
International orders — including the United States, the UK, Europe, and Australia — typically arrive within 10–21 business days after processing. Delivery times depend on your destination country and local customs clearance. We will send you a tracking number once your order is on its way.
Do you ship to the United States?
Yes! We ship internationally, including to the US. American orders usually arrive within 10–21 business days after processing.
Do you offer free shipping?
We run free shipping promotions regularly — check our homepage banner or subscribe to our newsletter to be notified. Shipping rates are otherwise calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Will I have to pay customs or import duties?
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties charged by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before ordering.
Return & Refund Policy
What is your return and refund policy?
At Zohricanada, we truly appreciate every order and the support of our small business. Because many of our items are produced in limited quantities, all sales are final and we do not generally accept returns or exchanges.
What if I receive a defective or incorrect item?
Are there any exceptional return cases?
In approved exceptional cases, returned items must:
- Be unworn, unused, and in the same condition as received
- Include original packaging and tags
- Be approved by our team before being shipped back
How do refunds work?
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original method of payment. Please note:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Refunds may take 5–7 business days to appear in your account after processing
Who is responsible for return shipping costs?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a shipping service with tracking, as Zohricanada is not responsible for lost or missing return packages.

Start by sending us a message via our Contact page with your concept, preferred colours, occasion, and any reference images. We will confirm the design, timeline, and pricing with you before work begins. Custom orders require full payment upfront.
How long does a custom jewelry order take to make?
Custom orders typically take 2–4 weeks depending on complexity and our current order volume. We will give you a firm timeline when you place your order. For weddings or events, we recommend reaching out at least 6–8 weeks in advance.
Can you make matching jewelry sets for bridal parties?
Yes — bridal party sets are one of our specialties. Whether you need matching headbands, earrings, or a mix, we can create a cohesive look for your whole party. Contact us early so we have plenty of time to craft everything beautifully.
Allergies & Sensitivities
Are your jewelry pieces hypoallergenic?
The glass and seed beads used in our pieces are generally non-irritating. Metal components (ear wires, clasps, pins) may contain alloys that are not suitable for people with severe metal allergies. If you have specific concerns, please contact us before ordering so we can advise on the most suitable styles for you.
Do you use nickel-free metals in your jewelry?
We make every effort to use nickel-free or low-nickel hardware where possible. If you have a confirmed nickel allergy, please let us know before purchasing and we will recommend the most appropriate pieces or explore alternative fittings for your custom order.
What if I have a sensitive scalp or skin and want to wear a headband?
Our headbands use soft bases — velvet, satin, or padded elastics — designed to be gentle against skin. For very sensitive scalps, look for velvet or satin-based styles rather than plain elastic. If you are unsure which style would work best for you, reach out and we can guide you.
