Return and Refund Policy

As a small business, unfortunately, we do not accept returns. However, in some special cases if the product has a defect you may reach out to us through email or Instagram within 3 days of delivery date and we will try our best to resolve the issue.

Only for exceptional cases: Returned items must include vendor packaging and tags, and be in the same condition as when it was received. 

Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Once your return is processed, a refund will be issued for the merchandise amount. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to post to your account.

The customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Please use a shipping method that includes a tracking number. We are not responsible for lost return packages.
